“I stored my car here for over a year and had no issues with the space. The facility was easy to access and the staff in the office were always phenomenal and super helpful. There is also a bathroom on site.”

“This is by far the best storage facility in Turlock. Their climate controlled units are affordable, we never had any issues with pests, and the staff are just wonderful people who go out of their way to help you in any way they can. All in all using this company for storage is the way to go, the drive to the location is worth it to know your things are safe and taken care of.”

“I first want to say how friendly the staff was throughout our whole experience. Booking the unit was easy and quick. Billing was simple, prices were fair and comparable. When it time to cancel because we moved, it was as easy as a phone call. The only thing I would improve would be later hours to have access to the units. Sometimes 7pm is just not enough time after a long work day.”

“Sad to go after 5 years of tremendous service, security, and pricing. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for storage in the area. I was there for 5 years and had my rent increased only twice. Other places do it once a year.”

“Office manager Lori was very professional. She was very eager to help and assist in anyway possible she went way beyond her call of duty as my situation was very delicate in a timely manner. I suggest anybody looking for a place to store their things or if you’re moving and in the process, this is the place to come to.”

“This is THE place to rent in Turlock. Rich and Kim are the nicest most logical and understanding management I've ever rented a storage unit from. The facility is kept very clean, a hard task as it does get a bit windy at times down the rows. It is very centrally located in Turlock and close to hwy99. As most facilities the pricing does fluctuate but Rich has always found me the best price. The online website is easy to navigate and pay your bill. I can't recommend this place enough! Don't bother with Extra Space Storage down the street ( or anywhere else for that matter, I've rented at a few). The people who work there must be trained to take themselves and their job as a storage facility site manager entirely too seriously, and are far too concerned with why one decides to rent.”

“This is a 5 star place to put your stuff in storage. These people went out of their way to help us when our unit leaked on the back wall. There was some water damage to a few boxes, nothing serious. They provided tarps to cover the boxes on that wall and 2 X 6's to get the boxes on the back wall off the floor (the floor was dry). It was not their responsibility to do all that they did, but they went above and beyond. They showed so much care and compassion and it was incredible. The repaired the small leak and everything is good. They did not charge us for any of it. Thank You!!!”

“These guys are truly experts, and I highly recommend them. They assisted us with a storage auction and they made it so simple and efficient. They have great advertising and a group following so you are guaranteed to have people show to the auction.”

“5 Stars automatically for Shippers and Receivers with Overnight parking. Friendly staff and guards. Arrived the night before, parked in the stage area, appointment was at 7 AM but took me 1 hour before. Trailer washout is a must. They appreciate it if yoy do your check in online. It's faster at the guard shack. 7:45 AM I was out and on my way to the Consignee.”
