Unprofessional and rude customer service. We were shopping for good 30 min just to make sure they are helping other customers ahead of us then when we payed I simply asked her about my birthday gift that it showes I need to pick up from the store and wanted to know if they have anything for me. She rudely responded:" OH we don't have anything for birthdays and you need to place your gift online." Mind you at first she had no clue what am I talking about and she showe her attitude. She seemed younger than other ones but if you don't like what your doing (COSTUMER SERVICE) just quit and let nicer people come to work.

So, I was just at this Kohl's Sephora in Turlock and ended up waiting for over 5 minutes at the counter before I left. I spend a lot of money at Sephora and would have spent another $150 today just because I needed cleanser, but there only seemed to be one lady working, which isn't enough, but also, after the obligatory I will be with you in a minute she just ignored me. I was patient until I just decided why give my money to a store that can't staff appropriately and the their employees think it's fine to ignore customers. So I left. I will order what I need online.

They have a lot of the name up I wanted but when I asked to be color matched for foundation she said she'd help me then went and helped someone else and never came back to help me so I went to Ulta and they helped me right away.

Horrible customer service!!!! Why bother opening at 10 when no one is literally at the register? And they take forever to grab a product from the back stock. Wasted my time

This location is the worst. There are always d*** excuses for not using your points, gift cards, and returns. Keep in mind that customer service never goes beyond providing customer satisfaction.?

I have no idea where to leave a review for employees BUT I had the greatest customer service from Anji! She was so sweet and very helpful, I asked help to look for a lipstick in which she spent her time helping me look for it and she even explained the difference in moisturizers and much more. She was more than helpful and the absolute sweetest!!!

I had the most beautiful experience when I visited Sephora in Turlock. I was greeted and helped by this pretty Asian girl that was super polite, informative and not pushy or rude. This was a change here for me at this store and really stood out so I'm glad to give a positive review on my last visit to this store. This young lady changed my shopping experience drastically here in this department of this Kohl's store. I wish I got the young lady's name so you would be able to enjoy similar positive shopping vibes.
