I dropped off a generator with them the beginning of last June 2023. I finally recently got the generator back from them over a year later. Paid them over a thousand dollars and brought the generator back to my shop. After they had it for over a year and charging me over a grand it still did not work properly. their mechanics did not put the generator back together correctly. luckily I was able to fix their mistakes and finally have a running generator again. If you just need something simple like a pull start assembly or a decent knife then this place is alright. For anything beyond that I would highly recommend Hughson Farm supply.

I went to the sharpening shop and bought a stihl trimmer and blower, new ones.I then returned to the store with my old stihl trimmer and blower, which i bought there years ago, for them to service so I could have a backup trimmer and blower.Four weeks later I go in to get my equipment only to find out the repair costs, cost more than a new unit, (which I already purchased from them).Well, ok I'll take my trimmer and blower back, out comes the trimmer and blower still torn apart with with a bag of take off parts in bags zip tied to each unit."That will be $64.00 including $4.00 for hazardous waste". WTF!!!!Let that be a lesson to me.Well, I took the trimmer and blower home, unbagged the parts, cleaned the carburators and assembled both units, gassed em up and WTF...they ran beautifully with just a slight carb adjustment.I won't be going back to this place anytime soon!

I bought a blower that was more than $700 I used it for a couple of months and started acting up, they didn’t want to cover through warranty. They charged me $160 replacing parts that were good a (without my consent). When I picked up my blower, it was doing the same thing, and they charged again….again replacing parts before letting me know what was wrong with it.Something else: if you drop of something to get fixed and you want it soon fixed they charge you $45.00 even when they don’t give it back to you on the promised date.One ⭐️ star is not enough to make you be aware of what these people are doing. They don’t have enough business so they try to make money from the few customers that go there.
