Waiting for 30 minutes after signinng in. We were # 2 on the list, we were talking to the #1st person on the list (just for context so you realize no one new was called up).
The girl working there, called her friends or family up, I of course confronted her and she said they had an appointment with her. She didn't even ask their names, she simply said "I'll help you now. " worst customer service avoid this place at all costs

This Place is a straight JOKE...I went to get 4 phones, only got one receipt, was charged another price on top of it.... No one here is helpful at all. I'll you'll get is a round around.
They'll give you the 1 833 to fix there fake mobile plan issues as there trying to hide hidden cost.

I rarely, if ever, complain. However, today’s sequence of events with Spectrum, Turlock CA, warrants a complaint.
1. Internet stops working. With help from Spectrum’s 833 number, determine its the router. Drive 20 minutes one way to Spectrum store. Young lady, black rimmed RayBan glasses, exchanges the old router with what I believed was a new router.
2. Return home to install router. However, Cat5 cable port is different and cable won’t connect.
3. Return, 20 minutes one way, to store. Describe situation to what appeared to be the manager. He insists it’s the cable and sends me on my way with a phone cord.
4. Get home, no cables fit. Call the 833 number. It turns out the first Spectrum young lady replaced my router with a modem.
Very frustrating situation, now have to wait 2 days for a technician to remedy the situation.

Doesn't open till 12:00 on Sunday which is a BIG inconvenience to those who only get Sunday off.
Then there are looong lines not to mention overpriced services.

Absolutely the most wonderful experience. The store specialist Henry is friendly, personable, and executes his work seamlessly. Not only was everything taken care of for me, but it was done so with pleasure. The work environment itself was fun enough to make me want to put in a job application. When I arrived two weeks later to pick up my order, staff I had never met before greeted me by name. This shows just how detailed and attentive these employees are. I’ll never forget this customer service, I am greatly appreciative.
