If I could give NO stars, I would!We dealt with a young man by the name of Christian at the Turlock store. Not only did he proceed with an activation of a watch (it wasn't the one I wanted) WITHOUT my verbal confirmation, which he rolled his eyes after I stated the fact, he signed me up for insurance after I said NOT INSTERESTED on the one that was ordered to be shipped.They also proceeded to tell us that in-store deals are NOT the same as on-line. That is FASLE! They also said that activation fees are the same as in store as over-the-phone. That was FALSE as well. Activation fees are waived if make through Customer Care over-the-phone.I would advise just dealing with customer care over-the-phone (actual experienced workers) then with actual in-store people if you are as impatient as I am to deal with ignorant people.Customer Care made right the situation. They credited back the activation fee & removed the insurance fee/credited back. Thank you 611!

Been here many times. Never been helped. Either told they aren't able to or simply took to long. Why I ever bother. 30 minutes standing, no chairs by the way, got nothing.

Slowest tmobile store I've EVER been in! 4 sets of people (couples) in here to be served and I've been here damn near an hour, just to pick up a replacement device for some reason they refused to mail to my house! Now I'm off of working wasting my time. It's smells terrible in here, like funk and body axe spray and I have a mask on! Total waste of my life! If I EVER have to pick up warranty replacement again at this store, I will leave TMOBILE! I was told I have to pick up the replacement by tomorrow or they'll send it back so I sit...and wait...and wait...

I walked in here today to get help because mt phone has been acting up lately. I talked to Jorge and the store manager. They all took their time to fix my phone. Then they realized I had been chargd 50 cents per every text I been sending out. They took the responsibility and called the customer care. They stayed on the phone with them the entire time. They made sure everything was reported to the customer care team on my behalf. I cant thank them enough for catching the glitch today. The store tried so hard to fix the issue today not only with my phone, but my Bill as well. Thanks guys!!! Appreciate you all

Our first visit was good but the guy gave us the wrong info. When we had to return to the store he didn’t want to deal with us. He was very RUDE! He told us to call T mobile he couldn’t help us. When we called T mobile they said they couldn’t help us and they sent us to Apple. It was very exhausting. The only one who was helpful was Apple. With gas prices it would have been nice to be told that we need to call Apple to begin with.

The store manager Gerardo Licea was a big help. He went beyond and did everything he could do to help me . He made some phone calls to see if the company can make things happen. I’m definitely going back to this T-Mobile store!

New management and direction is poor and unprofessional. Prior manager Jose was always honest and understanding, now the direction is to mislead and manipulate to sell you more. This store needs an influx of integrity and honesty. Save your time and spare the headaches, shop online or over the phone rather than dealing with these liars.

Lady who helped at me was super rude. She was frustrated every time I asked a question. She told me different prices from what was on the thing. Instead of answering she was more like barking at me. My Italian blood was boiling. I kept my cool and left the place.Never again.

Went there tried to buy a phone, checked out and the price came out higher than what was advertised. I told the lady and she said, it's system issue and I have pay more for the phone, even it displayed cheaper. Then proceed to tell maybe I should find something cheaper if I can't afford. Super rude, bad customer service to approach it. Hopefully the other people are nicer

I recently went into this T-mobile in Turlock being that I was in the area and kept having call/web issues. I went in and the manager assisted me and was extremely helpful and troubleshoot my phone to find out what was causing the problem. He helped exchange my SIM card and it started to work. I ended up buying a case from this store too and gave good recommendations on what would best work for my phone based on what I liked and needed. He is very knowledgeable and well spoken. Will definitely recommend this store to those in the area!!
