The staff was very polite when they rejected access to there restroom and directed me to the business next door. Later I questioned them why they denied me access and they lied to me and said it was out of order when the sign said employees only. This happened on a Friday and they said management would not be in until Monday. All weekend no management? Poor management for sure.

My go to for photos, prints, computer paper and pretty much everything I need.
I ordered 250 business cards and were ready same day! Did it all in the app and picked up today and looked extraordinary!
I’ll come back to order signs and posters! Employee working the print area was pretty cool and helpful !

The employee refused to print a sheet. He said that he didn't know how to use the plotter. I have to go to Staples Riverbank. Staples in Riverbank gave me an excellent service.

I'm a weekly customer, but today I couldn't take it anymore. My business cards were sometimes done wrong. When Paul does our business cards, they come out amazing, but when Cameron does them, they come out horrible. I always try to order when he is not there, but I need these business cards quicker. Today, I had an argument with the store manager Steve. Told him the business cards are cut wrong every time Cameron does them. Waste of my time. Told Steve, I was never going back again, and he said with a tone in his voice "that fine!" I walk away said nothing else. Goodbye staples taking my business elsewhere.

I had to leave the store and come back numerous times because business cards were not done right. Told Steve, I was never going back again, and he said with a tone in his voice "that fine!" Didn't afford to give me back a full refund. Was too heated to even demand one, and I felt like if I had stayed longer, the situation would have excalated. I walked away and said nothing else. Goodbye staples taking my business elsewhere.

I’m very disappointed in this location. I’ve been a frequent customer and have had great experiences until yesterday. Yesterday I came to print some documents and attempted to use the copy machine but the usb drive wasn’t being read. A worker was helping us and ended up doing our print job behind the counter. We were not quoted anything and he ran the job without advising us about the cost per page or different options for the paper. To our surprise, this 46 page front and back job (92 total pages) ended up being $168 at $1.68 a page. It would’ve been extremely helpful to have gotten the option to at least choose whether to shop around elsewhere for better pricing. I could’ve done printing at 0.25 cents a page elsewhere costing a total of $23. I understand it wouldn’t have been such a high quality print but it would’ve worked for what it was needed for. Really disappointed, ask for a quote before running your jobs here in person.

Staples always has what I need in office supplies.Walked over to the laptop section, and most of them were not even close to top of the line. I liked one of them but the SSD drive only has 256gb. I prefer a SSD drive of 512gb or 1tb.

Horrible place. Walked in 20 mins prior to closing for copy of only 8 pages, and was immediately told that they will be closing in 20 mins and therefore won't be able to assist me. Like really? Customer service is non existent here. I proceeded to at least inquire to the costs (as it's been a long time I've used copy services) and the associate immediately said that she cannot/ will not help. Actions like this are why Staples as a whole is becoming obsolete. I hope management reads this and makes necessary changes. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
