Can't get orders right. They don't put all the items you paid for in the bag, you almost have to hold their hand. When they try to fix their mistake they cant even do that right and at the end just refused to fix their mistake. Worst place ever, wouldn't recommend this or any togos to anyone!

Reminds me of subway also on Geer but they don't be so strict on the amount of portions Togos is like one thin layer of meat they try to rush you out but regardless I'll come here for pastrami since subway discontinued it sadly

Second horrible experience. The first one I decided to let go and try again because my family loves togos but after this I will not return. I would honestly not recommend anybody to go there. This is the second time my sandwhich was literally entirely bread with a couple slices of everything for a $14 sandwich. The term "you get what you pay for" does not app

This is the first togos I ever ate at. Back sometime in the 80s. They used to have big screens and photos of all the high school teams. Always has been my favorite place for a sandwich. Never had bad service or bad sandwich. The inside is a little corporate institutionalized now. But that's every place now.

The customer service was great, the team member greeted me with a smile and asked what I would like. I orderd a french dip. I asked if the roast beef was very lean or not. She showed it to me and there was only a little fat along the edge of one side, so I asked if she could remove the fat for me and she abliged my request. The other team member told her that they don't do that for the customers (I'm glad he didn't wait on me). She showed me how much she trimmed from my roast beef and it was barely anyrhing. But I can't stand the texture of fat in my mouth, it makes me gag. She then put the remaining roast beef on a 6" sandwich bun, and the beef barely covers the bottom of the sandwich. Now I know she didn't trim off that much fat. So I just take my food, the roast beef sandwich, cup of aju, a bag of chips and a cup of water to a table which is very clean along with the dining room, and sit down. The sandwich is very flavorfull but I have to take stars off because of the roast beef portion size. And for the comments the male team member made about "not trimming fat off". The restrooms were clean and stocked, so I can give Togo's 4 ☆☆☆☆.

The girl that took my order clearly did not want to be there! Geez go home if you hate your job! Don't make your customers miserable!! I was manager of togos and if members of my crew talked to customers like that I would send them home!

Very disappointed. Management needs to better train certain staff or hire decent people with customer service and etiquette. I was mocked by a worker on the floor named Sienna who was working alongside the girl who made my sandwich. When they turned their backs to me, Sienna loudly mocked me “YeeeeeeaaAAAA” and both workers laughed. To give background, I was ordering a personalized sandwich, so the other employee who was helping me would ask me questions and I would answer “Yea” or “No”. This was VERY loud and I could tell it was done on purpose to mock me, she didn’t even try to be subtle about it, she just wanted drama in all honesty I believe…also gained the attention of customers and workers. As a person of color, I felt very disrespected when the caucasian girl Sienna did this. I decided to speak to management afterwards which is why I decided to leave a review as I felt rushed even during raising my concerns. In addition, upon asking for management workers looked confused and I’m not even sure if I was speaking to a manager. Either way Sienna was very rude and when I was speaking to manager she was snooping behind her back, and I wasn’t given any privacy at all. Very unprofessional. I hope the owner takes action to ensure customers aren’t treated with disrespect or racist remarks from untrained ignorant young staff. Me and my friends are disgusted, shocked and don’t feel comfortable returning until it has been addressed. Posting 2 stars because although I was not sure if she was manager she did seem to try listen but didn’t offer any solutions…just a “sorry that happened to you” while Sienna is playing pretend behind her doing work.

I have adored Togos for twenty years but something has changed at the Togos on Geer Rd in Turlock. The people are still clean and professional but there are changes, the amount of meat on each sandwich has dropped. The price has substantially increased, about 2.00 more per sandwich. I'm a number seven fan and I've had four straight that were not even enjoyable. Sad! The fourth #7 is really not edible. The roast beef is shiny which means it is OLD!
