I rented a 15 foot truck and drove it 39 miles. I fueled up 2 blocks away and had the fuel gauge above where I rented and they charged me $54 for 3.6 gallons of fuel. This business must practice this type of fraud on a routine basis if they don't even look at the fuel gauge or the pictures you're required to provide upon return. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION, they are the worst!

The customer service was excellent!! Also, when we returned the trailer, Tony was right there, guided us to where to drop it off at, and he unhooked the trailer from our hitch and took care of it all. Tony was sooo humble and is a hard worker. The entire staff is excellent and friendly. My wife and I highly recommend them.

I needed a truck to move furniture. Upon arrival for my reserved 17' truck, I realized it was going to be too small. Luckily they had a 26' truck in inventory and accommodated me. I recommend!

Yes i like uhaul. Wish they had a quicker method to rent for those who use often. People are usually in a hurry when they rent something here. The wait is so intolerable. But no choice.

They can't even operate their cash register properly, I use there truck for one day, they charged me for 2 and place 3 holds on my debit card putting me $ -45.00. Don't trust them

Horrible service They actually don't even know how to run their own business. I had same issue as one of these people where they switch my pick up to Modesto and I am in Turlock moving within 5 miles away so I had to cancel it and reschedule. Once I went to pick up the truck they fan and charged my debit card $100 Without my permission then they try to explain that that was a deposit but they didn't know why it happened which is pretty stupid. According to them when I return the truck I would give my deposit back within 1 to 4 business days which never happened and I'm top of that I still got a charge $57 dollars on top of the hundred. Well I never got the hundred dollars so I contact them again in their management told me that My Bank was holding, So I contact my bank and it was a lie they were is never been an attempt a refund for that hundred dollars I could see it on my app but I needed to double check with my bank. To make a long story short they wrote it up as they returned it to me as cash and tried to blame U-Haul banking systems so I contacted customer service and they took care of it but that third-party location on Golden state is going to get a fine for trying to steal money, I'm pretty sure they've done this a lot and they keep doing it so watch out.
