The last time I have very bad experience one of the employees offered a shopping bag and kept following my daughter and me around the store we feel very uncomfortable about this action .

I will NEVER take another order in your stores again! 😡
1. Your employees are rude.
2. Not helping a delivery driver (just pointing me in the right direction) because that is “not your job” is pretty messed up, especially since this is a sale for your company, not only DoorDash.
3. Disconnecting your public wifi because “too many people are connecting to it” is just absurd.
4. Now……for my own personal use, I will stick with Sephora.

Last weekend, I went to walk around I was visiting family so decide go ulta to see if I like something all worker ask me like twice if need help sake girl 3 times following me around the store I don't what they were thinking I'm stole something I been buying and doing mine hair on ulta in bay area sense I leave here and never act like them I was horrible feeling the dont let u see around and just checking on u when u said no thanks I don't need help on good way

Came in today to get a thing or two at 5pm. I don't appreciate being followed by the woman in the pink shirt. She was very rude and had horrible customer service to me. Don't profile your customers. I've been a rewards member for many years and have spent well over a thousand dollars at Ulta stores. Please talk to your rude manager about customer service. Horrible experience.

This location is always very clean and smelling great. There is a great variety of products and decent prices. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Location offers useful services as well.

tiffany did great work with my brows! it had been a while since they’d been done so there was lots of clean up to do but she shaped them perfectly :) it’s been a while since i left the brow bar with no complaints. thanks tiffany!

This review is strictly for the salon.
I used to get my haircut done from Jennifer. Ever since she left, my experience at this salon has been terrible. This is over past three weeks of happenings.
Week one: scheduled for a hair cut. This appointment was scheduled almost a week prior. I was late 10 minutes. I called Salon and gave then a heads up. They told me that I can come in and the stylist can see if she can help me. I went and stylist herself was behind. The stylist told me to wait and she will be done in 10 minutes. Waited for 30 and left the store with appt rescheduled for another week with same stylist.
Week 2. Appt scheduled for 2:30. Got a call from salon at 1:30 saying the stylist is not at work today she called in. Appt was then rescheduled for next Sunday November 10th at 2:30
Today: I went to the salon at 2:20. I was greeted by the girls and checked in. It’s 2:40 and no one is acknowledging anything. I ask a staff member and she tells me that she will be here in 5-10 minutes. I waited till 2:45. While leaving, I told the salon girls that I am not going to wait any longer as this is the third time. I was not offered to reschedule and was simply told “okay we will cancel your appt”
I spoke to the manager upfront and was told that my stylist was not even there the whole time and she was at lunch and will be back at 3. They asked me to wait another 10 minutes but I denied and rescheduled. . I mean be upfront with customer and tell them straight up that stylist is on lunch. Why make them wait for 30 minutes lying to them.
I cancelled my next appt and won’t be coming back here again. I miss Jennifer. Never had these issues with her. And out of respect to the stylist who messed up three times, I won’t be sharing her name publically. But I am sure the managers will known who she is and will not talk to her. They honestly don’t care. One person gone, nothing happened to their business after all. Terrible!!

I got amazing service with Tiffany for a brow trim and would do another service soon
