Worst absolute service this week I’ve had two packages from the same company delivered to my “mailbox” and nothing was there I have no reason to lie it’s so frustrating because it was for a brand ambassador deal where I had oils get a box every month and this happening twice has now ruined it. I called and she said to have the sender deal with it bc it says it’s in the right mailbox

I’ve been living in Turlock for the last three years. I was the native of Turlock lived here all my life. I can’t believe how bad this post office is. I can’t get my mail sometimes because the carrier will not deliver my mail. She wants to be right on top of the mailbox like she’s driving and she just wants to open the slot and close it. I have a very I have a vehicle that sits outside due to too many cars inside the yard. I have made accommodations for her. I even have parked my vehicle across the street. It has gotten bad because I am temporary disabled. I have spoken to her and she says no I cannot deliver because you are blocking she has given me notices I have moved my truck much forward now. I am not blocking the mailbox. She has room to deliver the mailbox. She just doesn’t wanna get her foot out of the vehicle. She has plenty of room for her vehicle. There is a lot of space for her vehicle because I park my truck outside our gate she has room. She just doesn’t wanna get out. I am frustrated and tired of this for three years I’ve been going across the street or leaving just to accommodate her. I am temporary disabled. I have put my vehicle inside the driveway, but I have people that go to work different times and I still would have to park my vehicle across the street. Frustrated in Turlock post office postal worker.

There's only one good worker there but that's besides the point , but trying to call to get help you have no response but a machine with a bunch of bs that no one is asking about yet I seen phones in the postal office they just don't value their customers enough to answer and so you get the machine, I am very much displeased with the way they handle customers

Not getting mail forced to get a P.O Box over my dog who has never harmed any post carriers My neighbors all around me have dogs that bark as well and even witness a neighbors dog bitting a carrier and he still gets his mail.Iam the only one who puts my dog in the kennel or in the backyard to be more considerate.
This us stressful since Iam having economic difficulties and can not afford to keep paying a P.O Box.
But when its election season or ballots are out all of a sudden they can deliever that in my mail box and the dog is not an issue.
Please do better Turlock usps

So tired of this post office not EVER making a REAL attempt to deliver packages that need signatures. This has happened more than once but in the most recent incident USPS never left a notice on my door, then they left one in my mailbox. I was home both times the letters were allegedly “attempted” to be delivered to my door. Tired of chasing everything down.

It's old but still looks to be in decent condition. The landscaping always looks nice. Inside is organized and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a wait time here, but sometimes you can get lucky and there will hardly be a line or anyone in line at all. That's a nice trip to the post. Katie is always so sweet.

THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!!!!! We were moving to a different town and we started our change of address online. We requested to start it on a specific date (when we actually moved). The guy with the turban (sorry dont know his name) STARTED our address change the day we submitted it...aka more than a WEEK before we moved. We had important documents related to our new home that was never received. WE LITERALLY requested to have it start on a specific date but he thought it was better to change it the day we submitted it. Guess thats what we get for trying to be proactive. Oh an also we had requested our mail to be forwarded for a year... NOPE not with him. Not only did he change it but he began SENDING our mail back to the original sender instead of sending it to our new address. WE lost so many documents and bills that we confirmed he sent back to sender. This is the worst experience that caused so much trouble. We missed out on important documents and summons that we never received. Glad I moved out of turlock and dont have to deal with this post office.

A complete waste of space. They never pick up their telephone. I'm constantly dealing with lost mail. The woman who runs this branch is completely worthless. The whole outfit is a joke.
