Arrived this morning for my oil-change appointment. Scheduled it online without issue. Was met outside at check-in by auto-associate Jose, who was inexplicably, consistently, and intensely hostile and disrespectful. It was so bad I walked away in silence, went inside, and notified the department manager, who had someone else finish checking me in. I then picked out my oil and waited for an hour. All of a sudden, an associate and a mechanic tell me they're declining to service my car b/c they don't have the filters for my car's manufacture year. Neither the online appointment booking process nor the appointment check-in process raised the issue. They made me wait for an hour—and be subjected to discourtesy—for nothing. That appointment got cancelled. I also went ahead and cancelled my other upcoming appointment to change 5 tires, all of which I bought from Walmart. Of course, I cancelled the tires too.I guess it's true: The cheap always comes out expensive. Never again will I go here. I'd rather pay more money elsewhere and be treated with dignity.

You get what you pay for.What I mean is I would go to Walmart to get my oil and didn't have a problem until I went for my last time. Apparently the last guy to change my oil strip my oil drain plug, it was so damage that I was told that I would need to get a new one so they can change it out. I did as they said then was told they do not have the tools to remove it and I would need a shop. I had to wait almost and hour just to be told that and still not get my oil change. I had to drive to a Jiffy Lube to get my oil change and still I need a mechanic to fix my drain plug. This will be coming out of my pocket, a cost that should have not been needed. So Beware, you get what you pay for.

I really wish they still had McDonald's inside this Walmart! It would have made this hour+ long wait to get an oil change much easier! My car has not even been serviced yet and there is only one tech!

Customer service representative was rude as heck so as a customer service representative myself I had to explain to her that if her job was so bad she should definitely find a new one more her pace. But walmart auto center in itself had what I needed to buy.

They don't have 5w 40 , had to buy the oil and didn't have my oil filter for my Benz .

If I could leave zeros stars I would. I came in for a tire change and it literally took 3 hours. that is inefficient, inconvenient, and totally unacceptable. They don't care about you as a customer and the staff looks lost 100% of the time. The managers don't care either and you can tell by the way everyone acts. You know the saying it all starts from the top well it definitely shows. Anyways thanks for not even giving me a discount for my inconvenience and time. All the staff should be ashamed of themselves. Do better!

Rude in person. If you manage to get anyone to answer the phone it’s the wrong department and they transfer you every few minutes back to the right department so THEY can ignore the call too. They’re lucky the price is cheaper or I wouldn’t set foot in this place again. ??♂️

Called the tire center because I wanted to get a quote on 4 new tires. The phone rang 18 times and no one picked up AT ALL... Called the Store's main number ...phone rang and got hung up on. Called again and called Electronics Dept to see if I could get ANYONE on the phone andnot one answer. Customer service is the worst.

Got a oil change on my Honda. Cheapest place you can go to get a synthetic oil change. I can see how they get overwhelmed when it gets moderately busy. This time it took just over a hour and service was good. The older man that works in the back is very knowledgeable. Felt a little better when I saw him working on it.

They either lack communication or it's short term memory, Every single time I go in there to get an oil change or a tire rotation never seems to work out

Purchased a battery didn't come out good, so needed replacement took 3 hrs just to get my battery replaced. Awful wait just for a battery change! they had me walking back and forth from costumer service and back to auto aswell

Went to trade my battery in because I had a three year guarantee waited 2 hours just to come to find out that because my battery was in my back trunk they would not do it for me they said they needed extra special tools and I found out it was a lie
