Awfull costumer service, late processing timeI order a photobook which says should be ready in a day. The next day I got an email that order is delayed. Ok so far... 5 days later I got an email that my order is finally ready for pick up. I went to store and they said my order is NOT READY!!!! Are you kidding me!!! They don’t even answer phone calls! I have to drive to store every time I need to check on my order!!

I don't usually write bad reviews, but they lost my business. I made a photo order online, they only printed half of my order, and after 4 days, still didn't get it fixed for me. They need some training on customer service.

Half the time the cables attached to the kiosks are broken so you'll have to bring your own or Download the Fujifilm kiosk app to get it to work the electronics people there will walk you through it if you need. highly reccomend ordering online for SHIP TO STORE, it does take about a week but if you have a ton of photos to do they are only 9 cents a piece for 4x6 prints and they come better quality and paper. If you have the walmart app you can send in the photos directly from your phone and avoid using those defective kiosk, in store the 4x6 normal prints are 29cents for instant and 25 for the 1hour to get an idea
