My daughter Maddie has been going to Alec for about a year and it has been phenomenal. Maddie loves going to Alec and he has done an amazing job helping her become stronger and faster. We would strongly recommend anybody to go to XX Functional Fitness!

Alec is a great trainer. I came in with a shoulder injury he and my physical therapist got me on the right path for recovery. The results have exceeded my expectations
