Part rv camp group, part mobile home park. Small convenience store, multiple bathrooms and laundry. Beautiful scenery and close to Pinecrest

Very nice little RV park in a great location. It does have permanent residents but the RV sites at the front just as you enter the park are great. Twain Harte and Pinecrest Lake not far at all. Twain Harte downtown is cool, nice restaurants and good atmosphere. Park manager, Cam was really helpful. Would certainly stay here again if we were in the area.

This place gets 4 stars for being VERY accessible off the 108 freeway. It was in a lovely location, with lots of big trees. The showers were ok, and the bathrooms were mostly pretty clean. There was a ton of firewood left lying around, and we found that useful. But there was a lot of trash around the grounds, and that was sorta gross. Also, the bathrooms ran out of soap and the attendant/manager never refilled the soap. It was an empty weekend, so we had the place to ourselves, 5 couples and 9 little kids. If it had been any busier, I would have felt really cramped. Also, there was a playground that was visible from a lot of the sites and my kids spent hours and hours there. I really wish thete had been way less trash and m9re handsoap in the bathrooms.

Good place to stop to spend the night on the way somewhere RV sites can't open your awning. They touch the RV next to you. Wouldn't recommend staying there any length of time unless your tent camping for tent camping seems to be pretty nice. Good location. Definitely not for a nRv

The Park-Manager was very friendly and helped us with the connections (Water, Electricity, Dump) of our Mobile-Home. We came very late in the evening, nevertheless we got full service and friendly advice for any QUESTIONS we had.GEORGE FROM NEUMARKT IN GERMANY

Hidden Gem! Loved being surrounded by all the big trees. Very impressed with all the recent upgrades to this Resort. Amazing LOCATION!!! Only 17 miles from Pinecrest Lake! Close to Dodge Ridge ski Resort and also has a pool and playground for the kids. Great place to stay.

I have lived here for almost a year now and it's horrible the new owners don't care about anyone since November of 2019 when they took over they have illegally raised prices and 8 of our 9 septic tanks in the park are broken and causing sewage to poor into the road and they try to hide it by having them drained Dailey our water is drying up because of pipes keep bursting thr new manager will come and throw your property away pp if he feels your yard is a mess and keep said property like tools if he likes it and now wants us to pay to fix the broken sewage and water when he has already been ilegaly over charging us. 2 out of 3 bathrooms don't work do to black mold they are refusing to fix and now want us to pay to use the park bathrooms and laundry sites witch are so disgusting there is green water coming from the pipes my point is don't come here it's not worth the time or money

The place has a good location, restrooms are clean. At the same time RV sites are tiny, it’s rather a parking lot and not really a campground for RVs. We arrived around 6pm and had difficult time finding our place as there was nobody in the office, there was no envelope for us to explain what to do, the phone was not answering. Failed to find any hook ups. On the picture you can see that RVs are supposed to be parked next to each other

So terrifying! I would not want my kids to be there at all. Some trailers are cut in half by the trees, cabins are falling apart. It looks really unsafe.
