29 Palms Art Gallery is a charming local gallery located near the entrance of Joshua Tree National Park, just five miles from 29 Palms. This beautiful building features a delightful mix of whimsical and professional art, with expansive exhibit rooms that showcase local and internationally known artists. The gallery changes its displays monthly, ensuring fresh and diverse art for visitors. An outdoor area filled with unique and fascinating art adds to the experience. The friendly owner embodies the belief that art is for everyone, and the gallery is run mostly by volunteers. A small gift shop is on-site, and most artwork is for sale. Donations are welcome, and for those interested in creating art, there are opportunities to paint large wood wire spool sides for a $100 donation. With plenty of parking, this off-the-wall gallery is a must-visit destination.

Both whimsical and professional art will be found here but you have to go through the whimsical art first! Had no idea how big the outdoor area was. And then the professional art is quite extensive too. Sweet owner who really embodies that art is for everyone!!
