This crew is very experienced and are willing to tell you if you need to buy part or not. They are knowledgeable and i felt comfortable about asking questions? Although, i had to tow car i felt good about the customer service i received. Give these employees a pay raise they are good.

I hope I got his name right, Cody with an F not A, he was so helpful in diagnosing that my daughter's battery was bad and he changed it out for me. Very polite and knowledgeable! I would have tipped him had I had cash on me. I'm not sure if that's allowed but I would have insisted. Thank you Cody F.

I bought a battery for my car today and accidentally broke to bolts, when I was replacing the old battery. Thankfully Miles one of the AutoZone employees educated me on how to use a socket wrench properly and helped me fix the terminal.
