The owner is fantastic, but unfortunately, his property manager treats me very poorly. I always show everyone the utmost respect, and it’s disturbing to be treated as though my child and I’s quality of life doesn’t matter.

Good, as long as you’re paying, and don’t need anything from them. Their listed phone number goes to a phone that’s never answered, and a full voicemail box. Maintenance doesn’t get handled in a reasonable amount of time, and maybe not at all, since you can’t ever speak to anyone.
