Total new hotel so therefore clean. The location right infront the north entrance of Josua Tree NP is great. Breakfast was great, staff friendly and the location quiet. The pool was closed at the time we stayed there.

Updated very clean rooms and hotel. Pool was still closed for final inspection after updates. Breakfast is the ihg standard one but the ladies are great. Always happy and even making special request ones. One of them sang so well it sounded like recorded songs. Enjoyed the stay. Perfect spot for joshua national park. They even keep brown bags to pack food ( there is no food option inside park)Rooms: Clean spacious updatedNearby activities: Joshua national park, pioneer town

Stayed here as it’s located just minutes away from one of the entrances to Joshua Tree so that was perfect. However nearby dining options are limited and probably not many activities nearby (it is a desert after all). Service was just alright but the free breakfast was just surprisingly excellent - superb spread and the cook had the most amazing lovely singing voice! The room was very very huge, no frills and comfortable enough. The pool was under maintenance when we visited so could not comment. Overall nice stay and would return!

The hotel is fine for an overnight stay.Location:On the main street of 29 Palmes. Easy to find.Room:Our room was on the first floor and was large, clean and comfortable.Bath:This was the first and only time on our tour that we had a shower where the shower head could be removed and adjusted. However, the shower was once again in a tub with a shower curtain. The reception was very cold, there were no explanations, not even a proper greeting.Noises from outside could be clearly heard all night long, as well as indefinable noise.Breakfast is American standard with disposable dishes

Staying here for the Joshua Tree marathon and everything is wonderful!Super clean. Breakfast had plenty of offerings to satisfy most people's start of the day. If you're a light sleeper the walls seem to be a little thin.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. This ticked all the boxes when looking for a hotel near a national park. The staff was super friendly from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was very good and helped us fuel for the day ahead. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was about ten minutes from the park north entrance station. Some additional amenities: free parking, laundry, as well as a decent fitness room with newer machines and free weights. There is a pool, although we had no time to go.

Standard Holiday Inn in a useful location for access to the Joshua Tree NP. Large comfortable rooms with all the usual features. Reasonable breakfast although in a sterile canteen style environment - no complaints.

Stayed here 3 times and the rooms are newly renovated. Spacious rooms. The free breakfast is the best breakfast I've had next to Embassy Suites. The eggs are fresh scrambled eggs, bacon is thick and crispy, fresh pastries and cinnamon rolls and I love that they have the pancake machine with a push of a button and they taste great too. Great customer service definitely recommend this location. I'm always going to book here when I'm in 29.

I never really post review but felt that I had to. We never eat at the breakfast bars in hotels because we find the food disgusting BUT this place was the exception. Veronica who I think was the supervisor does an EXCELLENT job in ordering fresh items. The cinnamon rolls are to die for. In addition to the food she has the most wonderful singing voice that greeted as she washed the dishes in the back. I believe the other women was Erin. Thank you both for you service. The rooms were good as was the location to the park.Nearby activities: Near one end of Joshua Tree NP

We stayed here while visiting Joshua Tree National Park and it was delightful! It's obvious the hotel works hard to maintain the property and they've added lots of extras. We even had a Keurig coffee maker in our room. The breakfast was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient stay to visit Joshua Tree National Park. Spacious and clean rooms. Minor issue with toilet flush. Staff is really friendly and so helpful. Rooms spacious, clean and beds really comfortable. A/C sound sometimes intense. Small 24h shopping available :) Free coffee and ice machine on the floor. Parking for free and complimentary breakfast.

Rooms were clean and nicely furnished, each bed with pillows of different firmness (which I appreciate). Bathroom with plenty of counter space. Free, easy-to-find parking. Very close to North entrance to Joshua Tree and the Oasis Visitors Center, which has a great gift shop. Lobby has a mini snack bar with food and drinks to purchase, although no iced tea :-(. Breakfast had good offering of cereals, pastries, hot sausage, scrambled eggs, and plenty of seating. Overall a very nice place to stay.
