The website prescription-refill does not work! I tried with my rx number and info - captcha validation failed. (There is NO CAPTCHA icon on the page!) I tried with my name and info - my account could not be found, or there were multiple accounts. I tried to call, and was put on hold with obnoxious music playing. I will not listen to that. I am going to a different pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever, it's been a week and non of my prescriptions filled. I rely on insulin to live not to mention heart medication after quadruple bypass. They sent a text saying one was done today and I drove 20 miles only to be told they need a pharmacist to fill and no pharmacist in the store. This place is going to land me in the hospital now.

Rite-Aid is so far above and beyond any other chain regarding customer service. They truly excel! I just wish they would come back to the east coast!

We simply cannot understand how a pharmacy that is supposed to provide life-saving drugs to us does not fill badly-needed prescriptions within 48 hours after getting it, then they do not return voice mails from us asking if the prescription has been filled, because we've had so many bad experiences, driving there -- an hour and a half round trip for us, only to not have a prescription filled, multiple phone calls to them do not get returned (have to leave messages because they rarely answer the phone, and on those rare occasions when they do answer the phone, they will leave us on hold for half an hour or more). perhaps they think they're too big to fail because they are the only game in town here, but that will soon change, and then those of us who this pharmacy has been abusing the will remember! Someone needs to be fired. Some changes need to be made here, something is very wrong at this pharmacy.

Billie Anne in the pharmacy department is the best! She's always so kind and professional. I was supposed to be going out of town this weekend and needed a prescription transferred and filled really quickly. And while my trip was cancelled, she made it happen! She needs a raise! This place is always helpful. There is always a warm smile waiting for you on the other side and if you need help they’re usually always available and they even know where everything is usually. The pharmacy is very helpful as well and they tend to be very kind when you’re confused. I get medicine from them and they will always make sure I understand how to use it.

Great staff and always a clean store. They usually welcome every customer as soon as you walk in the door. The pharmacy staff is also incredible.

How stupid does a store manager need to be to figure out to have money set aside for the specific purpose of western union... if you can not operate western union properly and have the funds to suport offering western union then DON'T HAVE IT AT ALL ...you waste people's time advertising a service you can't provide... and the store manager is responsible and obviously not very bright

Went to get ice cream and I wanted a waffle cone and the lady with no hairnet said I couldn’t have one because those are for 3 scoops ? I was beyond annoyed ? I just wanted a waffle cone with 2 scoops so I can suck the melted ice cream from the bottom like a fatty I am? very disappointed ☹️
