“Just took possession of a storage unit with Twentynine Palms indoor storage today. Charmaine made the process seamless and pleasant. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and offered up incentives currently available and stayed on the phone through the whole process to make sure everything was done without issue. I'm impressed with their system and the dedication of their team. Looking forward to a fantastic experience using the facilities. These are mission critical things for me in my work life.”
“Amazing service here! After I had an issue with another storage unit in town I drove here. The owner was very friendly and the whole process was quick. I would recommend this to anyone!”
“Brooke the Property Manager is great! She is working hard to keep up with making the units ready for customers. She is very helpful and answered my questions and happy that she has merchandise that she offered me in the office to help protect my belongings that I didn’t think about knowing that were in the Desert. Thank you again”
