She answered all of my questions thoroughly and offered up incentives currently available and stayed on the phone through the whole process to make sure everything was done without issue. “I wish places offered smaller units. Even half of their smallest unit would be too big for my needs. The owner is always friendly and the units are metal, not wood, therefore you don't get the musty stink that you get with storing in facilities with wood walls and framing.”
