“I had a last minute package to ship and these guys helped me out. I was 2 minutes before closing and they were still as kind and courteous as they could be. They still took their time making sure I did everything properly to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you!”

“We had our mail service here over a year. Never any problems there is times a single run shop needs lunch. At this time there will be a sign on the door back in 15 mins. I have never run into a problem with this trully understandable. If you have probs with your mail or packedges remember this is a receiving and dropoff location. Mail services today all have there ups and downs which this location has no control over. They turned out to be good friends of mine.”

“I walked right in and received friendly and helpful service. Agreed that the hours are suboptimal, but it makes sense when you consider it’s a government service and the demand level of 29 Palms.”

“Hands down one of the best post offices we’ve visited anywhere in the country! We needed to ship some extra items home after visiting family because we completely ran out of suitcase space, and Alma went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough while helping us find the most economical way to ship everything from California to Florida. It’s rare to experience this level of customer service these days, and she truly made the whole process easy and stress-free. We left so impressed and so grateful — thank you, Michele and Alma!”
