Twice now delivered my package to the wrong mailbox. Had two packages delivered simultaneously, but they still managed to put one in the wrong mailbox! Read the full address!!

They are closed until further notice.The only notice is a paper on the door reading “No Electricity”.It would have been nice to issue some kind of statement or update the google listing to show temporary closure, instead of having marines walk miles to only have to turn away because it’s surprisingly closed.

I walked right in and received friendly and helpful service. Agreed that the hours are suboptimal, but it makes sense when you consider it’s a government service and the demand level of 29 Palms.

Dont rely on the posted hours. It opens and closes when they feel. Its always a gamble.

We’d just moved in to our house and we went here since our mailbox was filled with the previous tenant’s mail and package. We just wanted to have it forwarded to empty out our mailbox since we’re expecting mail. We we’re given the number of the boss to tell about this issue and she was very rude. She asked “who is receiving mail there” and we told her the previous tenant’s name since the mailbox was filled with their stuff and she said “I don’t care about their name I’m asking who is receiving mail now”. Like okay lady you could’ve worded your question better.

When i was stationed out here I always passed this place back in the 90's . Fast forward until 2016. I retired from the Corps and now work at the Post Office since 2016. Now i fully understand why the person that works here is so miserable .....lol. Probably the same person from back in 1995 too..

In need of serious intervention and leadership. Not full service. Not open for normal hours. Line always long. One person working. Don't have all items on hand to ship. Just go out into town for business, this place is garbage.
