Will not be going back to this store. Customer service is trash. Went in to refund Or exchange a shirt I had bought for a Christmas party, because it was too small. But was denied. I have a receipt and the bag So I don’t see a problem but all because I didn’t have the tag that came with the shirt they denied me And it was the same employee that sold it to me two days prior to coming in for a refund. Definitely don’t recommend these guys. Garbage.

A little overpriced but still a clean organized store. Only problem was one of the staff she was a dark haired middle age women she was rude had an attitude like she was better then us. This happened because when I was trying to pay my $500 bill for 4 pair of pants. My card was messing up I had the money in my account just my card wouldn't tap it, took a few minutes to straighten it out. There was no one behind us the whole time. I was apologizing she would just give me a dirty look and not say a word. My daughter was so bothered by this she just couldn't understand why someone would treat us like that we had the money. It was just a little problem with our bank I fixed it and we paid.

Great customer service with Tyler! Very friendly, helpful, and all around gentleman with any help we needed.Debbie however, not sure if she’s of importance, but definitely needs to work on her customer service attitude. She was quite rude with helping us with a boot exchange that was a manufactured defect. Doesn’t know her boots and said the boot we had was not a work boot, and to not be worn outside. Excuse me? WHAT? Might want to do some research on your boots Debbie, as the boot is definitely a working boot per the manufacturers website/description. Don’t waste your time at this location, or if you do, find Tyler!Thanks again for the great customer service, TYLER!

I get here at 8:20 p.m., and you guys are closed. It says on Google that you guys are open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. I just don't understand why places close up shop without explanation earlier than they say they are going to. Upsetting.

Nice store with lots of inventory and very nice and helpful staff. If you've been to a Boot Barn you know what they have. If you are looking for this type of stuff you'll love this store.

First time to Boot Barn in Ukiah!Great experience. Austin was wonderful and very helpful. I had boots I'd ordered online delivered there and it was so easy to deal with.
