So far so good. I've had good experience with my Internet and the technician has been great. He gave me extra care and information. saved me money on a phone case and 2 phone chargers. I'm very happy with my Internet. My phone, not so much. It's a good thing it takes good pics that I cannot mess up.

Had a mess of a problem with my elderly father’s cell service, Theresa was knowledgeable and super friendly and so very helpful!!

I've been having problems with Comcast since I moved here a month ago, but at least the customer service reps are reasonably friendly and helpful.
