Quick, no lines, friendly, Spanish speaking, kind, helpful pharmacy staff. 1 bathroom needed severe attention. I overheard another customer tell the store manager (Ray?) 15 minutes prior that the bathroom was "trashed" and there was "poop" all over the seat, no liners, and no TP. The other bathroom was locked by management for "employee" use, which was kindly opened. The dirty bathroom got an out of order sign and locked. The store was not busy at all.No one likes to clean up THAT. But, it was disappointing no one was. I understand that there is a large homeless and drug addiction problem in that area- and YES the "unhoused" trash the bathrooms , WHY NOT KEEP THEM LOCKED & let customers use them only?!

As soon as I can I'm changing pharmacy. I've been a long time customer and they treat me like this. I hope it's I've been a pharmacy customer end of paid so much money through insurance and now you guys are going to lose that. Call because you can't sell a proper product.They say if they sell gift that rip the numbers off of them. They act like they have no responsibility yet they sell them. That's the risk you take when you buy those things, unless you guys don't guarantee everything you buy in which case you're wasting everybody in the community's time please go away.

Great customer service. Greeted at the door by a super friendly Clerk.The Pharmacy transferred a prescription for me so I didn't have to drive to Santa Rosa.Thank you to all of your employees.

Well number one is there are no carts or baskets to shop for merchandise, put POLES ON CARTS so they cannot take them out of store, very inconvenient, prices are on the high side, not enough clerks.Enrique the manager is hard working but can only do his job if Corporate office does not supply him with items he needs to run his store like CARTS AND HAND BASKETS. Front sidewalk needs to be cleaned. I have been shopping here for years but I am disappointed with the quality of service.Thank you, Linda Warden

What a lonely store! It's barely any customers here very time when I came here I have to look behind me because Im afraid someone would jump on me this location never been busy but they always have what we need grab stuff and go to self checkout then run away.
