Showed up for vaccination appt and was told pharmacist was out to lunch and would be back in an hour. This operation is out to lunch. Hire more so people can get their lunch breaks on time? Notify customers if appointments are canceled? Put better processes in place so things run properly?

Called in a refill on a Thursday morning and told it would be ready at noon. I waited until the following Tuesday to go in and pick it up. Waited 15 minutes in line and when I finally got up to the counter I was told they are working on it now and will be ready in 30 minutes. This is the second time in a row this has happened.

I'm writing this review because I went to the pharmacy to have the second vaccine of Covid-19 ( and everyone knows how badly is doing everything in the world with the virus and how some people doesn't trust the vaccine) ok so this worker named JEFF he went to inject me the vaccine and I usually never look at it but this time I did and HE DIDNT FILL WITH THE VACCINE , he inject me ONLY AIR !!! NOTHING!!!I was freaking out seeing that and I ask him wtf are you doing??? He didn't say anything, I was in shock!! And I ask him again, he not even said sorry and then he filled its up and give me another shot , then I went to the desk to talk with the manager and she started listen to me but the she said I didn't do the vaccine on you so talk to him , WTF!!! I I hope no one will go there to have the vaccine.... how many people went already and they think they are vaccinated but the didn't got any reaction and is because they are not vaccinated??!! He should be fire because no one can be working doing this things!!! This pandemic is real and is not a joke .

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The techs dont answer phones the pharmacist are over worked and take 20 minutes a prescription. They open at 10 and I got there at 10:15 and the tech said pharmacist went on break and I would have to wait 2 hours. The tech was a punk. I finally left came back and he said 15 more minutes. My prescription was already ready and finally I got the pharmacist attention and got my meds. The pharmacist said she is leaving due to crappy service and crappy company. I will never go there again

I just had the most God awful customer service experience at this pharmacy! I have been trying for almost a week to get a prescription filled for a new pain patch. You get 4, each time, and my last one was due to be changed today! My new prescription was for a higher dose patch, which I was told needed pre approval. Apparently it is the customers responsibility to call the doctor tell them they need to pre authorize the new prescription. Finally, today, they said they had no authorization yet. So I asked, WHAT DO I DO? They sent a prescription with the OLD dose back to this pharmacy. I was on the phone with the young male pharmacy assistant, who obviously was having a no good, very bad day. I tried to tell him what was going on, but he cut me off and told me he'd call me back after he checked for the new prescription. Since we were out, we stopped by, he was less than caring and took his time helping. He checked with the pharmacist, who he said was verifying the approval (?) THEN he says, they don't have it, and it MIGHT be on the truck tomorrow!!(WHAT??) He had a I don't give a crap attitude. He then tells me, I can try and find another pharmacy and have my doctor call it in there! No offer to check with other CVS's, nothing. So I'm supposed to FIND a pharmacy and the get the doctors office to call a new prescription into that pharmacy. Meanwhile, my husband is in contact with Caremark on why here is a delay in approving, and THEY don't have the new larger dose prescription in for approval! Then Mr. Disinterested finally comes and says that he checked three CVS and none had it in stock, (which I knew from my own frantic calls) THEN after telling us almost 40 minutes before, that they didn't have the original dose patches, he says he will go ahead and order it then! WHAT??? He had a prescription he knew was needed, and knew they couldn't fill it right then, because it needed to be ordered, and he delayed it??? Why? This guy was overworked, but his attitude towards the customers sucked. Just because he was having a stressful day doesn't mean he can take it out on us! All of the other assistants have been very helpful during this time, as I struggled to get things straightened out. I have been a life long customer of CVS, and Long's before that. I worked for Long's in the 90's. I expect good, friendly, amiable customer service. This young man was none of the above. I am now seriously considering taking my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Can't get my prescriptions right! I don't recommend them. Find a different pharmacy. I'd do zero stars if I could.

I popped into this CVS to get a medicated cream for mosquito bites. This drug store offers a huge selection of over the counter items, snacks, and candies. You can always count on CVS to also provide a host of high quality drug store cosmetics at a great price. They offer many items for around $10 or less that are comparable to name brand items. I often make special trips to CVS for their selection of sun care products when spring and summer roll around. You can't beat their prices!
