On customers some are throwbacks. They are shady. Other day someone on a kick what u can do with a dollar gas. I'm like maybe they a pyro. It's all on there audio and video.
Some staff are kool. Other ones on a bait and typical game play to customers and other staff.
Ok to a point on engineering. So I took a receipt of the information to tally the results at a later date.

I went shopping here march 5th . they had a spill on their toilet paper and paper towel isle and it happened to be a liquid spill that they just put caution signs around but mind u people were still walking through it . the manager tina is really rude . SHE ONLY HELPS THE PEOPLE SHE WANTS TO HELP THEN SEND THE REST BACK TO THE SUPER LONG LINE . one cashier at time is ridiculous. She talks to employees and customers like they are nothing. anytime i go in shes always complaining about doing her job . she complains when she has to help her cashier out with their line. samantha the cashier was rude as hell also . she didn't even want to bag my stuff . she didn't look like she was happy to be there at all . and any time u need to use the bathroom their excuse it oh its broken or they lost the key. They also sale expired thangs from 2023 .

Manager was rude. Only rings up ppl she wants or knows. But the casher I had to wait for was really nice.

Customer service is shockingly abysmal. A 60 year old woman fell due to a huge lotion spill in an aisle while visiting this location yesterday. From two aisles away my husband could hear her yelling help. No employee came. He ran to her aid and helped her. Still not one dollar tree employee noticed nor cared, nor cleaned up the mess.You should probably care if you could be held liable for someone’s injuries? I am floored.There’s also a terrible level of stock here.

Staff here are polite and helpful. The store usually needs some of the supplies and some organizing, but it's always busy and so they run out of supplies. Also, there is enough foot traffic that even though they try to keep things in order, you'll find things out of place on a regular basis.

Dollar tree north is Ok, staff is awesome ? The selection is limited and by far does not compare to the South end store. Not sure what the hang up is? but, the north store is comparable to ghetto when it comes to inventory and selection of products. Always has issues with staffing and stocking... The Sq. Footage space is not much different than the south store but the North really needs to step it up because I would rather spend the time and money running to the South of town to get all the things I need as opposed to get the basics at the north and still run to the South for everything else they don't have... For that matter the Willits store is bigger and better! #truth

They don't sell tree's for a dollar. But they are great for what it is. It technically the dollar twenty five store now. Everything cost 1.25 now. I find good deals all the time though

DollarDollar Dollar tree is the most inexpensive place to buy your possibles that you need in your car at home around your place they've got everything there half price are cheaper when I want to really save some money with pennies in my pocket I go there for my possibles.max.

This is a typical dollar store but one downside is now almost all of their items are $1.25. Only thing under a dollar I found is their greeting cards. The store is a little messy and cluttered. The really only good aspect is they always have good holiday items good for decorating or using for parties. The customer service is usually pretty terrible as well.
