For some reason FedEx can't find my address. Ever. The post office and UPS do it regularly but fedex can't seem to find my address and once again dropped my package somewhere else and now I can't talk to a human to find out where this package is. Literally within minutes of receiving notification it had been delivered I had someone go outside to retrieve it only to find no package waiting. I reported it immediately and have been unable to speak to a human being. I waited a week for these car parts. Had a mobile mechanic scheduled and these idiots lost the package. And from where I'm sitting, no one has done a single thing to locate the package.

Fast and convenient... At least for the services offered inside this location. People working here have always been kind and helpful. But there is no way to call a local person about anything at all. Only a foreign person with no real knowledge of anything helpful in the slightest.
As for FedEx shipping in general, I continue to have the worst experiences with FedEx shipping. So many packages lost, damaged and late. Even paying for quick shipping they will always be late with it. This latest package is in state shipping only, and they have already lost my package TWICE!! TWICE in the space it takes to drive 6 hours!! Packages that are shipped together get split up and sent different directions. If I have any choice what so ever, I will choose to NOT use FedEx. The drivers are usually very nice, so I don't know who is claiming the boxes are on a truck that they never got put into, or who is kicking and throwing these packages around to tear them up so much.
There is also no way to simply call and talk to anyone local to solve issues, you are only given a barely English speaking person who goes in circles with their scripts because they can't really solve anything at all, they are NOT ANY HELP at all.

My package was not delivered when they said it was because they said it had the wrong address, which was not correct then. They said it was gonna come at the end of the day four days later, it didn’t show up and they delivered it to our local school because in your past, I was on the school board and would get packages there. One other time the driver dropped the package at our driveway which is on a dirt road instead of coming A quarter mile to our house. It was lucky I even saw the package on the side of the driveway. This is unacceptable. UPS comes to our house every delivery, no matter what.

The associate was so helpful I couldn't believe it. We are talking sat 3 min before they close and I need help shipping a big box . He was so calm and understanding . That's what made me so happy . He new exactly what to do . Very perfectional. He definitely is a pro !!!! Thank you , Terra

The fact that you can call a number that a human answers may be all that's needed for a 5 star review these days. But in addition to that, everyone I've spoken to at this location has been pleasant and cooperative. Fedex's online and automated phone system is designed to thwart attempts to speak to a human. It is literally a complete waste of time in many cases. So, I'm appreciating this location and its human staff while it lasts.

This fed ex ukiah office promised my life saving cold sensitive meds today, which i recive monthly, i started traking from about 3/ 4 PM on,as it usually arrives at 11 AM, and I knew this must be a new driver or and untrained driver.
The system and phone operators promised me, my life saving montly meds would be "for sure" delivered at my home but would be late, the last operator ricoy claimed they would be late even up to or after 8 pm! .. a lie, as their office closes at 6pm
At 8pm ricoy hung up on me and system updated and saying," package status was now a failed or "attempted delivery", I was home all day, no gate no impediment, the untrained driver just never even tried to deliver to my home.
.so my now ruinee meds would have been without refrigeration for 16 hours now. And they want to try to re atrempt deliver before 5 tomorow for a grand total of 24 hours of unrefridgerated meds? Thousands of dollars of spoiled meds now, unusable,, and I have to drive 2 hours to a dr appointment tomorrow to get new meds, totally Unacceptable treatment of a disabled person, fed ex Ukiah!
thanks fed ex Ukian for rhe worst drivers/ office support ever , I hope corporate is listening! Check reviews on tape and Google because everyone else seems to be having the same issues where there are 18 more unacceptable reviews of this incompetent Ukiah, CA fed ex location!
Corporate needs to fire their ukiah fed ex managers, as they can't keep a promise to a customer to deliver a single package of montly life saving medicine, marked keep refrigerated/ time sensative.
Delivery.
