Continue to have the worst experiences with FedEx shipping. So many packages lost, damaged and late. Even paying for quick shipping they will always be late with it. This latest package is in state shipping only, and they have already lost my package TWICE!! TWICE in the space it takes to drive 6 hours!! Packages that are shipped together get split up and sent different directions. If I have any choice what so ever, I will choose to NOT use FedEx. The drivers are usually very nice, so I don't know who is claiming the boxes are on a truck that they never got put into, or who is kicking and throwing these packages around to tear them up so much.
There is also no way to simply call and talk to anyone local to solve issues, you are only given a barely English speaking person who goes in circles with their scripts because they can't really solve anything at all, they are NOT ANY HELP at all.

The worst. Can never find my address and it’s only an issue with fedex. UPS and USPS never have an issue. Worst drivers.do better

I didn't actually use the services I tried to because I needed to mail something to Equifax and the lady behind the counter was so helpful. She did anything and everything to try to help me get to be able to mail it through FedEx but I couldn't use a PO box address and that's what they gave me. So if I do have to send something this year for Christmas I am going to FedEx for sure!!!

package was first delivered to wrong address. I went to the warehouse to let someone know. an hour later it was brought directly to me at home. everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful. it's not easy to reach the office without physically going there but once they knew the issue, they were on it. great customer service!

I do not know which device they are using to locate addresses but they sure do need to do an update they seem to miss my house several times and my neighbor has to bring me my packages I have filed a complaint hopefully they will do better in the future I have 3 in size numbers on my post for my mailbox how could they possibly miss that?

Always losses my packages or says they can’t find my address when their drivers sitting in my driveway looking at my address. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Driver SAYS he knocked on our door, BUT we were home all day, no knock, no door tag left... we were waiting on a VERY important parcel... we plastered our house with bright neon signs for their return, they actually found us second time...
