  Very prompt. We would prefer Ferrell Gas use a smaller, lighter, or less full truck on our driveway if wet or damp.

  We were running low due to PG&E's outages for our generator fuel. I called the Corp # and was advised about 2 weeks before delivery. Fortunately the local office & my regular drive have a better sense of their customers needs. Customer service is very important to and my family. Thank you!

  Still having trouble getting into our account online, probably from an incorrect saved username and/or password when I set it up. But last weeks Ferrellgas email asking for a response for recent activity means that they were down into the Noyo River Valley and topped off the 150 gallon propane tanks at both of our cabins on Northspur Road for the first time since last Fall. When we were up a few weeks ago, one was around 30% and the other around 20%. Great news for Spring!!!

  I have had Ferrellgas for years. They always deliver sooner than I expect, never have to worry about being out of propane. The delivery guys are very pleasant, and have a moment for a short conversation.

  This company actually honors veterans with a discount. This really helps when you are on a fixed income! The delivery driver is especially courteous and friendly!

  We were low on propane in our 250 gallon tank the end of January but when we called they said they would fill it within 10 days. Two days later the power went off due to a storm and we had to use our generator which uses propane. Although we used it sparingly, our tank level dropped drastically. After several days and with no estimated date for power back on, we called Ferrellgas to let them know of our situation. Their response was less than satisfactory. They refused to deliver unless we paid $100 fee. We have been their customer for over 5 years, always pay immediately large bills. What a bunch of creeps. When we first signed up with them, they said our tank had to be 50% empty for an order. Now they tried charging us a fee at 40% empty so we waited for 30% empty before calling and look at what happened, they refused to fill it in the middle of freezing cold weather when our power was out. Also, they never actually fill it, usually lucky if we get 80%, even in the winter although the last gas company would give us 90%. This way they can come more often and charge the delivery fee.

  This organization is the “PITS”. So automated that you can’t trust what you are getting. After you order is when they put on the additional charges.

  Have not had a single unpleasant interaction w/ any of the FerrellGas people. They go up & beyond their calls to duty. They also are fair & incredibly helpful. a rare find ??

  They’ll take your money but won’t bring you propane . They’ll charge you for expedited delivery then not show up . They’ll say they call an hour before then just show up . This company is a joke !! Especially customer service ! They think I’m gonna keep using their scam service ? Yah right

  I can’t believe you guys are denying us a fill till spring!!! My wife is pregnant we are off grid, our electricity, our hot water heater, stove/oven all run on propane!!! We had prepaid and then after not showing up for another week we called and got told you guy won’t deliver for another week. Then after another week I called and was told not till spring!

  I moved to Willits a year ago as a renter and got service with Ferrelgas. They have consistently done a great job, every time. Now I own a home in Brooktrails. I ran out of propane...on a night at 27 degrees. Yikes. I called in for a fill up. They elevated the call to an urgent status. There are two employees filling up my tank at 7:45pm. One is doing the service, the other training. Ya, I would recommend them.

  As long-term customers of Ferrellgas we are continually satisfied with the service we receive. Our costs for propane has always been competitive in an ever changing market cost environment. It's really nice dealing with a reliable dependable company in a far out rural property.
