The lady taking donations was very rude and unpleasant to me, I won't go back there again.

Their clothes that they get for free is priced way too high, I can't afford to get clothes from them, they charge the same as Walmart and Ross, so ill just go there for unused clothes

Over priced. Many items I recognized as being from the dollar store which were initially 1.25, the price at Goodwill was grossly over the original cost. Many of the items I noticed were Knick knacks and dishes. This store I thought was bad years ago, now it's just a horrid smelly mess. The goal I believe is to encourage online shopping on their site, which is beyond overpriced.

I cannot understand how there continuously full and not accepting donations and yet the shelves are never fully stocked. It just doesn’t make sense why they have so much garbage and so little of anything that’s actually nice. Everything is overpriced and obviously cherry picked.

After shopping at a Goodwill in Grass Valley, and seeing the price difference, Redwood Empire Goodwill needs a reality check. They are so high here and their choices stink, literally. Clothes are very wrinkled and dirty looking here, and you can actually buy something at the GV Goodwill for .49! Never see that here. They need to reorganize

Absolutely ridiculous they took out their dressing rooms so you can't try anything on they suggest wearing a skirt so you can try it on underneath inside the store. Used clothing is there for a reason it's either has been shrunk or over worn or mislabeled and needs to be tried on to make sure it fits removing a dressing room removes your patrons from the capability of knowing if something fits completely useless and pointless store.

I'd recently moved to Ukiah and I absolutely love the store the merchandise changes all the time the only one thing I could say is that it's difficult to shop for glassware when it's all located on the top of the clothing racks. But all in all I'd give it a 9 out of 10

Great selection of stuff! Can be a bit confusing to find things at times but I don’t think it’s the shop’s fault, mostly just messy shoppers. I came in looking for a few big sweatshirts that I could sleep in and came out with those few sweatshirts, two necklaces, and a set of salt and pepper shakers. The girl who helped me find stuff and rang me up was really sweet and had a great sense of humor.Definitely coming back soon :)
