“I enjoy the 2 pools and hot tub as well as the wide variety of workout equipment and weights. The locker room for women is clean with nice showers and a sauna. A wonderful asset for Ukiah and the inland Mendocino.”

“I am so delighted to respond with how impressed I am with the owner, John. We had a very pleasant discussion about how difficult the decision was for them to make in regards to the Silver Slippers program and how hard they tried to make it work.I want to apologize for my comment that I posted, "They will no longer support Seniors by accepting Silver Slippers health care programs….?", I really should have tried contacting John first to see exactly the reason for the decision and how they were working make the Health Club still affordable for Seniors.
