Last year we got our taxes done there and they told us it was guaranteed but yet when the federal government sent us a letter saying their taxes were wrong and we took it back to h&r block they never did nothing about it. Never reached back out to us or nothing so this year we went there and they said they were going to fix it to do our taxes again this year and they would fix it. Charged us $260 and never fixed it for last year so we totally got screwed over by them. Would never go there again if my life depended on it!!!

Made appointment was told it was 165 got to appointment was told 165 went to pay was 205 and if I didn't pay it was another 40 dollars so me who came with said 165 to pay nearly paid an extra 100 dollar from what they said the cost was would've been 5 stars if you could figure out the pricing before I sit down especially if I asked twice to confirm the price of 165

I highly recommend H&R Block for taxes it is one of the best and easiest places to do taxes whether you have your w2 on paper or digitally

I had a very negative experience with Irving Rabin, Senior Tax Analyst. This man cost me money with my divorce attorney by emailing him, requesting that I give my ex my SSN, knowing that this was something I didn’t have to do. I quoted tax law to someone who should know and when he responded in a very insulting, condescending way.“Indeed, you are not required to provide your SSN.This would be a gesture of good will, and apparently you decided not to make it.Thanks for responding.Irving Rabin|Senior Tax AnalystI wouldn’t do business with a company that employs a dishonest person like this who tries to meddle in situations that are inappropriate for him to do so.

Two years in a row my taxes were turned in on time, and then filed late by H&R Block. This last time a tax rep from the Ukiah location did not input my child tax credit correctly and by the time I got my notice from the IRS, I had to pay approximately 500 dollars worth of late fees. Furthermore, me and my wife have had to call several other H&R Block locations over the last few years to track down our taxes from the Ukiah location and make sure they were filed. We had to do this because we were told by H&R employees they had lost them. I was also told by one tax representative their, that someone that works for H&R did not like my wife, so he sabotaged are taxes. You will save a lot of money, and piece of mind( which they don't really offer you) by not getting your taxes done there!
