Kemgas Propane Delivery is a locally owned business that provides excellent customer service. The staff is described as friendly and professional, quickly returning calls and following through on delivery times. The drivers are respectful of the customers' property. The company even alerted a customer to a gas leak, avoiding a potential hazard. Customers appreciate the thorough explanation of the equipment use and the great prices. However, one customer had a negative experience where the driver broke their gate and the company was dismissive about it.
The customer service here is excellent. They are very professional, return calls quickly and follow through on delivery times and the drivers are respectful of our property. Kem Gas called me to alert me of a gas leak line leading into our house that needed to be repaired avoiding a potential hazard.
