I did order my daughter a backpack off the app over a week ago, it was originally supposed to be here Saturday before school started, which would have been perfect, however, it's now 3days later than the original arrival date & my daughter is going to school without a backpack. Upset at the situation, I know things happen, but it should not take almost 2 weeks to get her from wherever its coming! I've had stuff shipped from over seas that made it here quicker.”

The store itself is well laid out - I’m easily overwhelmed by overcrowded racks and shelves, but I have never felt that at Labels. The prices are amazing and all the girls are super friendly.
