I've shopped here for as long as they've been open, I spend thousands of $$ on glass beads. Today I went in for the first time in a little while and discovered they have 3 self checks and only one checkstand with a person working. Had to wait in line for about 12 minutes because NO ONE wanted to use the self check. When I got to the checker she informed me it was cash only at that checkstand. If you use a card you MUST use the self checks. I left all my stuff and went home to Amazon. As I am disabled, I will file a complaint with the ADA in hopes it will help someone else navigate that mess. It's a shame, I would rather shop there but I guess it has to be online from now on.

The custom framing service is excellent. Overall the store has much less variety of merchandise (and less interesting) available than in past years.
