The last three times I have used their online refill my prescriptions were never received. When I called they said " next time try calling and talking to a person. If I wanted to talk with a person I wouldn't use their website. I was also told to call and leave a message on their machine. Guess what that didn't work either. So now I'm out if three meds because they can't get their systems right. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I only use it is because this is the only one my provider will cover. I have ten prescriptions that I need.

When I was a kid and lived in Hopland at the Rock Shop that my stepdad owned. His family had been coming to Myers for years, back in the old tiny building. Mom and I started going to your pharmacy in 1986! I just recently moved back and I have OCD and Gina and the staff are very nice to me with my little requests, and I always thank them. If you are looking for a good pharmacy! Come here and they will take care of you.

THEY DO NOT ENFORCE MASKING REQUIREMENTS. THEY ARE PUTTING THEIR CUSTOMERS AT RISK. I am very conflicted in making this review because I like the people that work here, their service is great but every time I go there there are people without masks. When I express my concerns I'm told "yes we require masks but if people don't wear them there's nothing we can do". I tried to talk to the manager about it and he was extremely dismissive and asserted they were doing their part by posting signs that masks were required. He also said when people come in without a mask they asked them to wear one which is not something I have ever seen happen unless I make a stink and those people always decline to put it on and are served anyway. Business owners please realize if you don't enforce masking requirements you are complicit when you allow disease transmission to occur in your business. You are also making a statement that the health of people with compromised immune systems is not worth protecting. This is absolutely unacceptable when you serve people with high medical needs. People with compromised immune systems have had to give up on going to supermarkets and just about everywhere else but they cannot give up on getting the healthcare and medications they need. it is reprehensible when medical establishments will not take simple steps to protect them. People who don't want to wear masks can go to CVS to get their prescriptions filled. As a medical pharmacy Myers should be taking an active role in making sure their medical establishment remains safe and refusing service to anyone who declines to put on a mask.

I LOVE this pharmacy!!! They always go the extra mile to help my family get our prescriptions. Every employee is so kind and they genuinely care about each customer. To top it all off, when it comes to prescriptions that require a tar (hope that's how you spell it) they are the fastest at getting them approved. I will ALWAYS keep my business that this pharmacy and will ALWAYS recommend this pharmacy to my family and friends

My family can purchase their medications from anywhere in Ukiah or online. We've chosen Myers because of the exceptional staff and it is a locally owned business. Keep up the good work!

Again I am at wits end with this less than stellar pharmacy. They have on several occasions sent me the wrong prescription, forgot to send me my prescription or claimed I had no more refills, yet my DR had just called in refills for those prescriptions. Well I requested a refill for my Trulicity which is mailed to me just as is every other prescription I get through their pharmacy. I was left a message on my phone today that the pharmacy is refusing to mail my prescription and insist on using UPS. The cost for a package from Ukiah to Willits was quoted to me as thirty dollars which my insurance doesn't cover. I had the argument last month when I got it refilled that they have always mailed it. To her attitude and resistance I got the package in fine shape. She informed me today, by leaving a message on my answering machine that they will no longer mail it to me (due to the heat she said) even though it has always arrived without incident. When I contacted her on the phone (I hesitate to use her name) I told her I was upset and she giggled and said "yeah I know" She knew that the call was coming and took great joy in showing that even though I got last months she stopped this months. So I filed a complaint with the state and informed Myers that if I suffer any adverse reactions to not having my prescription then legal action could soon follow. I don't have the leisure to go that far out of my way to pick up my prescription and their refusal to mail it could be considered illegally holding my prescription from me. I will update this post if I have to go that route.

This is a small town business that knows how to be a successful small town business. I went by to see what time they opened so I could drop off and pick up my scrip as early as possible. The sign on the door said I still had an hour. As I was walking away, Tim came out and said he could get everything started for me. Not to mention, he did it with a smile. Any business that will get people in before they open just because gets 5 stars in my book.

Best pharmacy in Ukiah -- they're fast and they know what they're doing. Local business done right.
