“I've been a very happy Kemgas customer for nearly 10 years, but they truly went above and beyond yesterday (the day after Thanksgiving) to rescue our holiday weekend. Our propane tank gauge read 30% full, so I was waiting to order a refill until Spring, but then on Thanksgiving Day (luckily just after we finished preparing our multi-course family feast) our propane RAN OUT -- no stove top cooking, no fireplace (our sole heating source), no hot water.
I called Kemgas Friday morning, left a message with their emergency service, but since their office was closed for the holiday, I figured we were out of luck (and heat) for a few days. Imagine my surprise when, less than an hour after my message with their emergency service, I received a call from Kemgas informing me that they had a driver in my area that day who then arrived within 90 minutes to refill our tank and then took the time to help re-light our various propane fixtures. (He also diagnosed the problem with the gauge -- banged in a few times and then it correctly read zero.)
It's this kind of customer service that will make me a Kemgas customer for life. Many thanks!”
