Raley’s bakery in Ukiah absolutely SLAYS. For my daughter’s birthday in June, we had originally tried to order from Safeway. I had tried to order a month in advance and was instructed to order a few days before her party. When I tried to do this, they told me they were too booked and they couldn’t do anything for me. I was panicked, and had no cupcakes just a few days before her party. I called Raley’s and even though they were booked for graduation season, he came through for me and made me the most beautiful rainbow cupcakes.
When it came time to order cupcakes for my son's birthday, I immediately knew to order from Raley’s. The customer service in the bakery department was top notch. They were so sweet and helpful. When they didn’t have the sprinkles I wanted they told me that they could use whatever I brought in order to ensure I got what I wanted. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and even called me with questions to ensure they did the right thing. I will never order from another bakery again. Thank you Raley’s!

I love it that they carry Mendocino Mustard at the store! It's my favorite and I knew the owner years ago. Great stuff!!!

Good store, wide selection of items..
Worked here for about a year, not a bad environment for the most part, but one of the managers abuses their position and the way they treated myself and other employees was less than satisfactory.
This person has threatened to fire employees when they’re not even authorized to make that decision. Besides, using fear as a way of managing employees, is completely wrong.
Many employees have left because of this person, yet they still hold a manager position at this store.
While working there, Jennifer Silver (the manager in question) would complain to me and other employees about our coworkers being “slow” and “autistic or something” because the job wasn’t being done quickly. Completely inappropriate and hearing these remarks coming from them contributed to me and others feeling uncomfortable and bullied at work.
