Been sitting behind the same car for 30 min at the pharmacy drive thru I don't know what the hold up is all I see is chir chatting while there's 8 cars behind me and nothing's moving you'd think they would have had her walk in since drive thru is pick up and drop off only not discussing your entire medical history

This Rite Aid is like all the others: Exceptional. Staff greets you. They let you do your shopping and are informative if you have a question. It's clean, though the bathroom is dingy at times. All in all, I can't say anything bad. It's all you could ask for in a Rite Aid. Grateful to have it.

This place is the worst NEVER EVER GO HERE. I took my daughter and son so they could get an ice cream as a treat for doing well in school. My son is 14 and my daughter 6. when we entered my son and I saw a little shelf with small bottles of alcohol. He thought they were funny and started laughing and he grabbed it and gave it to me so I could look at it. Then this old Lady came out of no where and shouted out to my son " Don't touch that or look at it". Also she said that if he was old enough. So my son went out the store and did not want ice cream because he felt bad he felt sad and now his whole day is ruined he was happy cheerful and making jokes and all but after this his whole night was ruined. I got a little upset because I can't cover his eyes also I was wondering if she was a bit blind because she knew he was a minor, and my son is not interested in alcohol he only thought they were funny. So if any of you have children and want an ice cream don't take them there they might see alcohol and get in trouble because their looking at it I recommend the gelato store between round table and the court they have amazing ice creams, coffees as well as many other things. just try to avoid this rite aid also if you can change pharmacy's change to walgreens better staff and nicer!

This is probably my best experience with any pharmacy in NorCal Mendo isn't a Great place for Neurodivergent people. Too many people are closet meth addicts and too many are abusive in power. so those of us that are genuinely ASD/ADHD are left in the dust. But Rite Aid was Fast Efficient and was kind in dealing with my sensory issues and didn't treat me as if i was a drug seeker thank you to the wonderful staff

An absolutely terrible experience. I went to do instacart and the lady at the register was extremely rude. At first she seemed kinda irritated that I asked for a bag. Then I went to scan the rewards code under the scanner and she told me I could come around and finish the transaction if I wanted, I thought she was joking and I laughed a little and went back to use the pin pad. Then at the end she turned the screen around and said “go ahead and finish the transaction, you do it”. At this point I realized she wasn’t joking so I asked her what the problem was and she stated because she doesn’t like people scanning their own rewards card under the scanner… why didn’t she just said that to begin with…? With instacart we’ve always done this. How does this person even have a job here.

I used to go often to this Rite Aid for prescriptions but now I switched to Myers just because of the rude cashiers in front. Especially a woman named Jen and also Kerry ,they both have really bad attitude and they have a potty mouth, one is ALWAYS on the phone and the other one is always yelling. I called the 1800 Rite Aid and made a report 2 months ago and made another one 2 weeks ago and they said they would forward my messages to the store manager and took my information so they could call me and follow up.,they never called me.AND NO,I WON'T BE CALLING AGAIN THE 1800 RITE AID,SINCE THEY DON'T DO NOTHING.

1) If you purchase a medicine at this store and it is surprisingly disounted i recommend: before leaving the store, ttake off the outer plastic seal, tke off the cap, check to see that the foil or paper seal is intact,. Mine wasn't, Ir your's isn't, don't take the medicine but do take the time to report to not just the store manager, to GNC, but also if you can make an FDA report which was time consuming and a hassle but that is the only way to protect others. here is the link to FDA safety report portal: 2) Online reservations for a vaccine: Make one so they know to have the vaccine available but don;t thik for a minute it is for your convenience to have that appointment time. If there is a line for peope at the counter for anything, you are in that same line and not given any priority even you are waiting 30 minutes AFTER your appointment time. You are in the same line. There are few chairs for elderly or disabled folks to wait in. Cannot recommend getting vaccine at this pharmacy but maybe they are all like this. 3) In general, staff are rude and unhelpful.

I have always love Rite Aid the one in Fort Bragg is awesome. Everyone is very helpful and nice. The lady at the cash register in Ukiah with the short dark hair. Is so rude it’s embarrassing to get waiting on by her someone that talks loudly while being so rude. She needs to stop or get fired. Don’t see how other co-workers can put up with her.

That lady with a mushroom hairstyle is rude and it seems like she partyed all her life and now shes mad at everyone! Everytime i have been there for icecream she always gives me and my kids dirrty looks like if she dont get paid to do her job! Also over time there icecream is declining they need better management!

My wife needed an antibiotic but we were way up north with no Kaiser, so we had a prescription sent to this Rite Aid. It was supposed to be ready by 11am but we were driving and didn’t get here until around 5pm. It still wasn’t ready, so we had to wait another 45 minutes before continuing our drive south. Very poor service.

I’ve called the pharmacy numerous times, and nobody answers. Medications are absolutely needed, and I don’t always have time to go to the store. I guess it’s time to check out other pharmacies. Bad, bad Rite Aide!!
