Don't work with anythign Selzer related, BUYING OR RENTING! They scam you out of $40 per applicant, I was making $7000 a month and they claimed that I couldn't afford a $1650 rent!

Online says they are open sat from 10-3pm. None of their phone numbers work. Very disappointing not to mention their 3 times the rent income!

Seltzer is a Predatory Realtor.... Do not trust Seltzer Reality especially Gary Nix....They sold Me a House with 2 documented Fire Hazards.... Then tried to Silence Me with Hush Money.....
