I called them on 3/8 because we were locked out of our car. We accidentally left our car keys in the trunk. One of the representatives from this company called one of their drivers and told us that they would be there within 30 minutes. Two hours later, there was still no sign of them. Eventually, we had to break our quarter glass window and get inside our car. They did not even call us back to let us know what was happening and charged us anyway, so I had to call back for a refund. If you are stranded and need someone reliable, trust me, they are not it. They are truly unprofessional and did not deliver the service they promised, leaving us stranded. I wish they had just stated to us that they were unable to provide the service at the time of the call instead of just leaving us in a dire situation. It shows how disconnected the call representatives are from the actual drivers providing the service. Definitely would not recommend their services to anyone.

Most expensive towing in the entire state of California!!! This place will over charge you a whole lot with no shame! I asked for an explanation for my bill being so high since I only had a local tow, and the owner could not give me a realistic reason. The pricing he explained to me did not add up to the total of my bill, it was literally half! Horrible!Services: Car towing

Poor customer service, just wanted to argue with me that bout my insurance, when all I asked is if they take a current insurance, and they want to raise there voice and tell me that my insurance needs to call them, but not insurance isn't even open yet

Wont return calls. They try to keep vehicles longer for money or just t oil out wait you so you lose the vehicle.

Tim, the owner is a crook. Do not use their services they will rob you and accuse you of falsehoods. This company should be closed immediately, and permanently. They still say I owe them after providing all documents and releases for a vehicle I do not own.. Fraudulent, I mean check thier rating with the BBB. Trash company, trash people.
