We love stopping through the game shops whenever traveling and this one honestly blew even ones in the Bay Area out of the water. Shop had super friendly staff and apparently has some really big areas in the back for playing all sorts of games. If you're in the area, highly recommend making this a place to visit and we definitely will be again next time we are up north.

Sword & Board is the absolute best spot for all of your tabletop gaming, TCG, and comic book needs. The staff is always willing to answer questions and help guests of all ages to have fun with their game of choice. They host regular tournaments and events that allow people in the community to connect with others that have similar interests. It’s a great place!

Favorite place in town!! The store is a good size, is clean, and has a great atmosphere!! Casey and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a large area/room in back of the store specifically for playing TCG’s/holding tournaments. They carry an amazing selection of TCG’s—MTG, Pokemon, Lorcana, OP, and more!! Aside from cards they also have a great selection board games, comic books, D&D and more!! Prices are awesome—(at msrp or very close to on many items). They also have a points/rewards system that in combination with low prices, makes it very easy to shop here!! I could go on all day about this place.❤️

10/10 service opened up brilliant stars about a year ago in the shop and pulled the rainbow rare Charizard vstar and instantly sleeved it

An amazing little shop with plenty to offer and friendly staff! Highly recommend for anyone into anything tabletop from games to trading cards to miniatures to stop in if passing by the area!

Local shop where I like to get my Yugioh and Pokemon cards as well as sleeves and top loaders for them. Really friendly employees. Would definitely recommend.

Great comic book store and a huge selection of gaming gear. Although I was only there for the books. Got more than I was hoping for. And had a great conversation with the staff and another customer. Lead to me leaving with a wonderful amount of recommendations. It's a really great place. Not in my regular neck of the woods but look to returning again when I'm up that way.

I can't believe I haven't hit this store up before. It's such a friendly local hangout. It's a bit of a drive for me but no further than most of the other decent FLGSes around since my local turned into a scalper. This couldn't be further from that experience. If you've not been, go and check it out!
