The service staff always takes such good care of me and I always leave knowing exactly what is going on with my Jeep. They're so good, I even bring em snacks occasionally. Thanks y'all!!

No customer service integrity at all. Timely with the needed parts...No. complete all work on the day scheduled...No. Calls keeping you informed...Not once. Loaner vehicle when they inconvenience you when behind schedule...Not even. Check your fluids, etc, as a courtesy...Hah. These guys stink, buy a Lexus.

Wow ... I wish I had these review's BEFORE committing to having them repair my car. Dropped it off yesterday early, at the APPOINTMENT time. Have heard nothing since. Rented a car. Added expense. Unresponsive, and not respectful of customers time.
