This was my very first time using delivery and since the items I purchased were very long why not take advantage of the delivery. Ben Daugherty Who was the employee who delivered them to my house was amazing considering the pickup and trailer they sent him in. He unloaded all the panels and when he went to leave the pickup got stuck. Considering that my tractor supply store is used by a lot of us country people who live in the hills you’d think that they would provide them with 4*4 pickups to get them up the hills and especially the gravel roads. How else would you expect us country folk to get stuff delivered to us. Ben was super amazing and we had a lot of fun trying to get the dodge pickup unstuck. Definitely going to have him deliver again and if he gets stuck again I’m gonna bust out the bbq and feed him while we work on getting the truck unstuck again.

I like this store they have all kinds of pet & gardening supplies, they also have clothing. They have a few other products that are helpful around the home & yard, they also have equipment for sale. The prices are so so it depends on what you get. The employees are friendly & helpful.

I recently purchased a ingersol rand compressor for my business and I didn’t realize it had a broken pressure switch until I got it wired to the building. The friendly folks at the Ukiah Tractor Supply Co helped me find the part I needed to repair the compressor and get it back in service. Huge thanks to Justin for setting aside the part for me and also thanks to Sierra for getting me the part replaced! I’ll definitely be back.

Went in today to use the vet care services. Supposed to be open from 12 to 7 PM. I waited in line for half an hour, while the only vet tech there went over every possible medication with another customer. Then a disgruntled customer came in and the Tech got bogged down in another conversation, and was telling other customers that she was cutting the line off after me. I finally got impatient and walked out...Highly unprofessional, customer service, didnt accomplish anything but wasting my time

Coming here for a VIP Petcare Clinic?Don’t bother — unless you want to stand in line for half an hour, only to be told that even though you’re in the system, and have been purchasing heartworm medication from ViP for almost 10 years, they won’t let you update your dog’s meds unless you pay an extra $79 and wait for another exam.I understand the need for vet supervision of Ivermectin; just please make the process more transparent & train your staff so they can let people know upfront & right away.

Poor service at the Pet wellness center. I called and they said they would be open 12 to 7 PM. I got there about ten minutes after 12, and there was a line. I waited while the Vet Tech had an extended conversation with another customer, going over every possible medication. it just went on, and on. She told other people that arrived that she was closing the line after me, which seemed odd, because their hours are 12 to 7. Next a dissatisfied customer showed up, was allowed to totally interrupt, leaving myself and the person she was initially talking to just standing there waiting. after another ten minutes or so I finally just left the store. I got the overall feeling that my business was not appreciated, and will be looking to get my Puppy his shots elsewhere.
