I have been using the US cellular service for 13 years and it has always been excellent. The employees are very attentive to customers and are fantastic.

Seem to be too busy talking about Pokémon and warranties then actually helping a customer. When you do interrupt their conversation, it is very clear you're an inconvenience to them and the conversation is continued with coworkers as they "help" you. This isnt just a one time experience, it seems to be like that almost every time I have come onto this store. They lack customer service skills, get your employees some training.Sincerely,Your local "Karen"

From my own personal experience at this store, these people are not capable of doing simple things with customers accounts, such as giving money back for mistakes made by customers or employees. There is no effective or knowledgeable Manager there and none of them know anything about customer service beyond taking payments or selling the products in the store. It took me hours out of my day and two weeks to get a refund from them. This company has serious employee training and manager issues. Go to the other store. It is not corporate owned or run.

Absolute waste of my time these guys are so incapable it is unbelievable. I waited for 45 minutes to pay my bill as three people behind me left. I was late for work and ended up just leaving one of the guy at the desk was flirting with a girl for 25 minutes while nine other people waited.

My experience with us cellular. I have no phone service on any phones for 2 weeks now. Because of this I've missed an eye appointment because I couldn't get any incoming calls.
