The US Social Security Administration office has polite staff who are helpful, kind, and professional. Security guards screen everyone entering, asking about weapons and drugs, and search all bags. Some find the guards aggressive and rude regarding their authority, while others note the security process. Due to restrictions, in-person appointments are limited and require a phone appointment first. The complex bureaucracy is noted, but staff work hard to provide positive experiences.

I’m not sure why there are various postings listing different locations, but this is the correct one. I believe the staff are polite, and the complex bureaucracy isn’t their fault. They’ve done their best.

Never been to the South Orchard Ave, Social Security in Ukiah.
I'll miss getting the entry security screening like at an airport.
Four Starts cuz I do get their official USPS mail (picture as proof) .

Security guards are rude and ask everyone that comes in if they have weapons, and drugs. If you don't respect their authority they will tell you to leave. Aggressive, they search all bags and purses.
