Customer service is non existent, if you want anything done other than opening an account you will be directed to a 1-800 number. It’s hard to say if it has to do with a bad company policy or if it is local management related.Another big reason to avoid doing business with this bank is that their ATMs will stop working randomly before the bank opens. If this is due to servicing, there should be a procedure that doesn’t knock down all the ATMs at the same time.If you are seeing this review it means you are probably local to the area. If you don’t already have an account with this bank I strongly suggest you look at the local banks or at other large banks instead.This bank has too many maintenance fees that will make it difficult to leave accounts unattended if you ever choose to open your main account elsewhere. And the quality of service does not reflect the high fees, it’s all money just leaving our community.

Merchant line is not efficient nor prioritized. You’ll get through the regular line faster even though there’s more people in it.

Worst Bank to trust your money with honestly. They will recharge your account for purchases already paid for and won’t give explanations as to why they are recharging instead they will as you to call customer service which isn’t any better help at all. They will have you paying out of pocket for something already paid for. Also they won’t show you all purchases made on there Wells Fargo app. Wouldn’t ever recommend again to anyone.

What kinda bank closes @ 5? Who is trying to wait in a 40+ person line for 2 hrs to see the teller even the in n out drive thru @ their rush hour is faster then this place. It's completely unacceptable and they should be shut down if Wells Fargo cares about their reputation which they do not. It's not a covid thing it's been this way that's just an excuse. The district manager should be fired for years of incompetence that is only getting worse by the day. I'm going to be looking for another bank never had a problem with WF untill moving to this area. Maybe open another branch so not all of Mendocino county is going to this location or reopen/open some of the mini WF in Raleys, Lucky's, Safeway.

Worst customer service I have ever. Lines for a teller or the ATM are unacceptably long. They try to blame covid, but not the reason. Lines were as bad before the pandemic.

The worst place in Ukiah , no customer service at all , 3 bankers sitting around wouldn't give me an appointment , had to drive 25 miles to get taken care of. I definitely will close all accounts @wellsfargo #dissapointed #worst #customerexperience

Been in line for 30 minutes to make a deposit worst experience I have had a bank half the people waiting in line have left. I would never open an account here.

FRAUD DO NOT BANK HERE Wells Fargo Ukiah allowed a 3rd party to FRAUDULENTLY obtain POA of my fathers account. This was done off site NOT at the Ukiah bank, which is against the law. The person who obtained the POA wrote checks out to their family members. It was over SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of checks NOT related to the owner of the account. They stole money from a man that needs every penny for Heath care. They are now refusing to take ownership of their actions and will not correct THEIR mistake. Someone needs to be held accountable for this. Steps were skipped in getting this POA. This is unacceptable: DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! I'm DISGUSTED with this bank. This bank still hasn't fixed this issue. Elder abuse at its finest

I swear this place needs more employees; lines are ridiculously long; you have to wait 30 min. Just to cash a check.. last week I had to wait two hours just to be taken care of in 15 min. Its outrageous

One of the most busiest branch I've been in. No other bank in Ukiah has the foot traffic that this branch has ! Branch is better staffed , you feel it and see it right away , the staff is great , friendly , I was greeted right away and directed to the right place for what I needed. I walked in for a service issue , got my resolve AND walked out with $400 from my reward points I had no idea were expiring! I learned about features I didn't know I had available to me through my mobile app! Thank you banker!! I've always had a positive experience here . Thank you thank you thank you!
