Update 6/18/24 - Went into the store after seeing owners response. Same story, nothing can be done.
Horrible experience with trade in. I'm out of $1000. I traded in note 9 for s24 ultra in store and I have the receipt that it's accepted. I have done this same workflow 20 times before and never had issues on any of my lines. We use other lines to upgrade phones on other lines on the account all the time and for some atnt even helped us. I'm getting trade in credit on all my lines but 1. The reason phone customer service rep told me was because the IMEI changed before the promo kicked and that we have to use the device on the line upgraded until promo kicks in. This makes no sense because I have done the same thing 20 times before in last 15 years on my atnt acc and never had an issue. Now I'm out of $1000 and my note 9 that I traded in inside the store that I won't get back because "all sales are final". The phone service support manager said there is nothing they can do.

I recently purchases AT&T phones at Costco and have had trouble connecting my lines, giving my numbers to the wrong phones. Lots of days on the phone with no help! I finally came to the store and ANDREW helped me! He is so helpful, nice, patient! If you need help come to him! Thank you Andrew, I appreciate you.

Customer service was A1. I want to say Shavonda and Yazzie. I'm not sure if I said their names right it's the next day however they were super super helpful left with smiles instead of being mad at the situation that I'm in

I came in needing help on my phone, thinking it will be a long wait.
Right away a representative name Malissa helped me, not only she fixed my problem with my phone in record time she also took her time to explain to me what went wrong with my phone.
She was very understanding, kind and very helpful.
Malissa if you reading this THANK YOU so much for taking your time with a person like me who doesn't know to much about these smart phones.

I just wanna say Shavone is awesome! We had a little snafu with a replacement part (front glass received instead of back glass replacement), but thanks to Shavone's patience and attention to detail, everything was sorted out. We were well taken care of and my daughter was not without her iPhone for more than a day!! Thank you very much Shavone and AT&T. I appreciate your professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction.

Excellent customer service by Shak the Manager and Drew the customer service representative they were able to answer all my questions and were very confident and had great knowledge on the services and products very outgoing. Very professional one of the best customer services I’ve encountered in a long time so cheers to AT&T for having them on Your team.

2 INSTANCES
1) I came here so I can have a clear picture of the roaming service that att has. Now the sales person told me right away that she doesn't recommend it. And gave me her OPINION on why not and what to do. I want to do att roaming because it's convenient. All I want is the details/explanation of att. NOT YOUR OPINION.
2) I want to upgrade my phone to Iphone 15 pro Max 1TB. Now as a sales person or customer service you can easily say sorry we don't carry this device and explain why. Don't ask why do I need a 1TB and give me OPINIONS on why 1TB is useless. Now I know your trying to sell me a phone. But telling me or assuming why I don't need a 1Tb memory felt like I was judged. Her name is Carla. If you guys want to be JUDGED and OPINIONS without asking your more welcome to find her on this store.
