Came in to buy a new phone I made it smooth and easy within 30 seconds when I walk in I pick the phone I want and They made me wait 35mins just to tell me they are not able to because there is a error and they could not explain to me why and what the error was and the manager didn't even try to fix or find a solution to figure it out and the worker seemed like they didn't care and both were not professional and rude and just didn't have any solution to why I couldn't get a new phone and add it to my plan as a upgrade like what? Me and my family have been members with AT&T for 15+ years and to walk in a store to be treated like this is just terrible, unprofessional, and weak. I was shocked that these type of people were even working there like did they even know how to do their job? Quite disappointing never going there again and I recommend y'all don't either!

We worked with Lilly today, she was amazing! We had several issues and after visiting another ATT store, speaking to 3 different reps on the phone none of them could help. Lilly was patient and committed to working it all out, and stayed working with us, gave us excellent service and accurate information until resolved. Thank you Lilly!

I trade in my previous iPhone for the iPhone12 Pro Max in 2020, and a female salesperson asked me to add another phone number (510) ***7626 to get a discount. However, she used the newly added number and did not use my old number on the new phone. Plus, I have to pay extremely high phone bills every month. After the contract expired, I decided to change carrier, but the phone was unable to be unlocked since the phone number of the SIM card and the iPhone do not match.

Derrick Larios assisted me in purchasing and setting up my new phone. He was cordial, knowledgeable, and went the extra yard in setting up my hearing aid app ( required contacting the vendor) Great job! I appreciated his help and concern.

I am not sure what the standards are in AT&T stores. There was no greeter, and a few of us queued to get signed in. I almost asked the lady in front of me to put my name down because she was holding an iPad, but realized she was also waiting to be signed in and not the greeter (not a single person acknowledge us for a good 3-5 minutes). I remember when I was working in retail this was a huge no-no!I think there were maybe 2 - 3 sales representatives total on the sales floor. I just needed help with my AT&T connected iPad as the SIM card read "sim failure". I expected a little wait, it's Sunday and it can be a process so I was ready to catch up on emails and browse the stores latest technology...Once the representative was ready to sign me in I recommended maybe we can pop my sim first to see if that will toggle the network and it did the trick. (I had just gotten back from a trip and didn't have a paper clip or back of an earring to do it myself DIY style...)Since it was a quick resolution, I figured I would get a few charging cables for my devices. Derrick, the associate was quick to help which I appreciate but it looked like he was doing everything. Helping me, signing people in, etc. I know the other associate was busy with guests herself.I must say though, they had a great deal on AT&T branded accessories which I discovered at check out. They are 50% off which is stellar, they are just as good as buying from the Apple Store (certified) but you get more bang for you buck (I avoid chargers outside of wireless provider or Apple Stores that can do more harm to your electronics). In turn, I was able to stock up on some Type C cables, 8ft at that! Only thing I realized when I got home though was that the purchase was not tied to my account. So I was sure to take a picture of the receipt in the event I need to warranty w/in the policy.I am a huge promoter of AT&T but the retail sales process seems to have taken a step backwards rather than innovating itself the way I'd expect AT&T to do so...I truly prefer in store connections when purchasing and dealing with my account as my experience with AT&T Customer Care (over the phone) has been more detrimental than anything...so I'd love to see stores & their team members really drive the in-person experience...

Went to the this store to get a phone repaired after making an appointment online. There were good and bad things regarding our experience.Good: The Asurion rep Shavone was amazing and even after what seemed to be a system glitch stayed with us and did everything and more to help us.Bad: After being put in the queue for upgrading our phone we sat over 30min while that whole time as many as 4 employees sat/stood around talking to each other or playing on their phone/tablets. Nobody seemed to care that we left upset nor did a call back to the manager seem to mean anything. Horrible customer service from the AT&T reps.

i just waited over an hour to not be serviced. I walked in and I wasn't greeted. Then after being checked in, I was skipped by another customer that they "forgot" to check in. Just to be helped and be directed to apple. They won't let you pay the phone in full and only offer financing options. They didn't even have the two phones I was interested in, in stock. I completely wasted my time.

Don't go here. It's waste of time. Even if you have an appointment you need to wait for 2 hours. Staff is too slow.
